By accessing, using, purchasing, subscribing to, or interacting with any website, platform, software, automation system, AI service, communication channel, consultation, or related service provided by Command·Ai·OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

  1. SERVICES

Command·Ai·OS provides AI-powered marketing, automation, CRM, communication, lead generation, operational workflow, analytics, chatbot, voice AI, scheduling, reputation management, and related business growth services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• CRM implementation and configuration

• Lead generation systems
• Website design and optimization
• SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Google Ads and Local Service Ads management
• Social media advertising
• Automated follow-up systems
• Review generation systems
• Reporting and analytics dashboards
• Workflow automations
• White-label marketing and fulfillment services
• AI-driven communication systems
• Subscription software access
• Consulting, onboarding, and implementation services

Certain services may rely on third-party software providers, APIs, platforms, infrastructure partners, or white-label fulfillment systems.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

  1. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Command·Ai·OS does not guarantee:
• specific rankings
• lead volume
• revenue increases
• advertising performance
• conversion rates
• business growth
• profitability
• search engine placement
• AI-generated accuracy
• marketing outcomes

All results vary based on numerous factors including industry conditions, competition, customer behavior, market conditions, client participation, advertising budgets, implementation quality, and external platform changes.

Any examples, projections, case studies, or estimates presented are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

  1. AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER

Command·Ai·OS utilizes artificial intelligence, automation systems, machine learning tools, AI-generated communications, predictive systems, and third-party AI infrastructure.

You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors
• automated systems require human oversight
• AI responses may not always be correct, complete, or current
• you remain solely responsible for all business decisions
• you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use
• automation systems may occasionally fail, misfire, or experience interruptions

Command·Ai·OS shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, automations, or communications.

  1. WHITE-LABEL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services may involve third-party infrastructure, integrations, white-label fulfillment providers, software platforms, APIs, hosting systems, payment processors, communication tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems, and AI technologies.

Command·Ai·OS does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:
• outages
• interruptions
• API limitations
• policy changes
• account suspensions
• platform removals
• data loss caused by third parties
• pricing changes from external providers

Client acknowledges that certain services depend on the continued availability and functionality of third-party systems.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & PAYMENTS

Command·Ai·OS may offer:
• recurring monthly subscriptions
• annual subscriptions
• one-time setup fees
• onboarding fees
• implementation fees
• custom invoices
• project-based billing
• consulting fees
• advertising management fees

By purchasing services, you authorize Command·Ai·OS and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay invoices or subscription fees may result in:
• suspension of services
• removal of access
• termination of accounts
• interruption of automation systems
• cancellation of active campaigns

Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances.

  1. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Command·Ai·OS maintains a strict no-refund policy unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

No refunds shall be provided for:
• subscription payments
• setup fees
• onboarding fees
• consulting services
• implementation work
• custom configurations
• AI systems
• automation systems
• digital services
• software access
• advertising services
• white-label services
• completed work
• partially completed work

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital services, systems, consultation, implementation work, intellectual property, and/or software access.

Chargebacks initiated without valid cause may constitute breach of these Terms.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:
• provide accurate information
• cooperate during onboarding
• provide necessary access credentials
• maintain lawful business practices
• review AI-generated content where appropriate
• comply with advertising platform policies
• comply with applicable laws and regulations

Client is solely responsible for:
• business decisions
• advertising approvals
• compliance obligations
• legal disclosures
• customer communications
• use of generated content

  1. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Command·Ai·OS, operated by AutomateTech Solutions, LLC.

Messages may include:
• appointment reminders
• onboarding updates
• automation notifications
• customer support communications
• account alerts
• promotional communications

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, branding, automation systems, workflows, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, AI systems, dashboards, configurations, processes, and materials provided by Command·Ai·OS remain the property of AutomateTech Solutions, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client may not:
• copy
• resell
• redistribute
• reverse engineer
• duplicate
• sublicense
• exploit

any proprietary systems or materials without written permission.

  1. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Command·Ai·OS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for:
• nonpayment
• abusive behavior
• policy violations
• unlawful activity
• misuse of services
• platform abuse
• violation of these Terms

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Command·Ai·OS and AutomateTech Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:
• indirect damages
• lost profits
• business interruption
• lost revenue
• lost data
• advertising losses
• platform outages
• automation failures
• AI inaccuracies
• third-party service failures
• consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to Command·Ai·OS during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  1. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You waive any right to:
• participate in class actions
• participate in class arbitration
• pursue claims collectively

Arbitration shall be conducted in a mutually agreed jurisdiction under applicable arbitration rules.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

Command·Ai·OS reserves the right to:
• modify services
• discontinue services
• change pricing
• update features
• remove functionality
• revise subscription structures

at any time without liability.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
